In the "Women's Connection" project, developed by Flow.Ers in partnership with Easyhub for Bayer Crop Science, the challenge was to strengthen female leadership in the agricultural sector and create a program that not only expanded Bayer's relationship with its key clients but was also deeply relevant and tailored to the needs of these women.
The solution was to offer exclusive content, specially designed to enrich their experiences and knowledge. The results were extraordinary, exceeding the women's expectations, who felt more confident in their influence, with 97% recommending the journey to other women. There was also massive satisfaction in meeting and connecting with other female leaders in the sector. This initiative highlights the positive impact of well-structured and executed programs in promoting female leadership in Brazilian agribusiness.
