Social Impact Platform
Flow.Ers assisted Cogna in restructuring its social initiatives by creating a Social Impact Platform aligned with the business strategy, focusing on causes related to public education, the job market, and local development.
The work also involved creating an original Cogna project to improve literacy and high school education in critical regions of the country. The plan established specific key messages for each stakeholder, as well as key indicators for monitoring and evaluating results.
