Women's Entrepreneurship
In an innovative initiative by Flow.Ers, supported by angel investors, LeVila was created to transform the reality of micro-entrepreneurs in vulnerable situations, propelling them towards financial autonomy through their own businesses. The strategy adopted was the creation of a social accelerator composed of professional training, mentorship, and financial resources.
The results of this action were extraordinary and reflect the transformative power of an effective initiative: a 45% increase in the revenue of the women involved, 77% of the women increased their interest in information about growing their businesses, 86% reported significant improvements in their work methodologies, and 59% expressed a greater sense of personal and professional fulfillment.
